This 15,000 SF aquatic center addition to a private school in suburban Minneapolis provides a state-of-the-art, 8-lane, competition pool that replaces a 70-year-old, 6-lane facility. The new building incorporates a combined mass timber roof and steel structure with precast load-bearing exterior wall panels. The program includes renovation of the existing home and visitors locker rooms as well as seating for 300 spectators. Designed with Fabiano Designs of Montclair, NJ as a senior PM and project architect.
